What is a Human Hangover?
What is a Human Hangover?
A Human Hangover is when we've forgotten who we are. It's the fog that lays over us emotionally and mentally when our nervous system is stuck in a state of stress. It's the forgetfulness we feel around our true authentic self.
A Human Hangover keeps us sick, tired, and sensitive to the light. It's a sign of an overworked nervous system that can't keep up with the demands of life. A Human Hangover is a symptom of a bigger issue, a disconnection from self. It helps remind us of who we are, and nudges us to remember our human nature.®
